Bisquick Coffee Cake

I put this in because it was an easy dessert that I made for the boys and last minute company. I generally had these ingredients in the house. It used to be on the box but lately it has not been there so here it is. This recipe serves
Ingredients
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/3 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar Sugars, brown
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 2 tbsp firm butter Butter, without salt
- CAKE
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 2 tbsp white sugar Sugars, granulated
- 1 large egg Egg, whole, raw, fresh
Method
Step 1
Heat oven 375F. Grease 9" pan Mix topping ingredients until crumbly, set aside. Stir cake ingredients til blended. Spread into pan Sprinkle with topping. Bake 18-22 minutes til golden brown.
