Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew beef, excess fat removed Babyfood, dinner, beef stew, toddler
- 8 small onions or 3 large ones 1/4'd
- 8 carrots, cut in 1" pieces Carrots, raw
- 2 stalks celery, cut in 1" pieces Celery, raw
- 16 oz V-8® vegetable juice CAMPBELL Soup Company, V8 Vegetable Juice, Calcium Enriched V8
- 2 1/2 Tbs Tapioca, optional Tapioca, pearl, dry
- to taste salt,pepper,garlic,celery seed,bay leaves,, also thyme
Method
Step 1
Stir altogther with seasoning, in casserole. Bake covered at 300 for 2 3/4 hrs. Uncover and bake another 15-30 mins
