Beef Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground steak
- 1 Tbs steak sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs oil
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except oil and butter, and shape into very small balls.
Step 2
Cook quickly in butter and oil browning them on all sides.
Step 3
Drain on paper towels and keep hot. Serve on toothpicks
