Artichoke Ham Bites

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) water packed artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 cup light italian salad dressing
- 1 package (6 oz) sliced ham
- paprika
Method
Step 1
Drain artichoke hearts well. Cut each in half lengthwise. Marinate in dressing for at least 4 hours or overnight. Use the oil and vinegar type salad dressing, not the red kind
Step 2
Cut ham slices into 1 1/2 inch by 3 inch strips. Wrap 1 strip around each artichoke heart piece. Spear with wooden toothpicks to secure ham. (to prevent picks from browning soak them in water for at least an hour before using)
Step 3
Bake in 425 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot
