Ingredients
- 1 package fine liver sausage
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 Tbs finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp brandy
Method
Step 1
Cream together liver sausage, butter, and cream cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Step 2
Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted breads or crackers
