Testing
Ingredients
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 3 green peppers
- 1 Tuna packed in water drained, small tin
- 1 cup mixed sweet pickles
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tin anchovies in oil
- 1 dozen stuffed olives
- 1 dozen black olives
- 1/2 bottle chile sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- olive oil
Method
Step 1
Dice pepper and pimento, fry in the olive oil til cooked, add rest of the ingredients all chopped and cook on simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Cool and place in tightly covered jars and store in refrigerator. Keep for 8 days before serving.
Step 3
Shortcut: Use tin black olive minced or broken and use hamburger relish instead of mixed pickle
