Ebony and Ivory Martini
1 Martini
Drip chocolate sauce into chilled martini glasses and keep cold so that the chocolate design holds to the glass and doesn’t drip to the bottom.
1 oz vodka

1 oz. Carnation Evaporated Milk
Combine ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake
Strain as you pour into glasses. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings, an After Eight straw and a piece of fresh mint.
Fire and Ice Dessert
Serves 2
2 cups fresh pineapple
1/8 cup sugar
½ tsp. finely chopped hot fresh chili
1 tsp. salt
½ banana
¼ cup butter
¼ cup rum
1/8 cup brown sugar
Large splash Cognac
2 pinches nutmeg
2 pinches cinnamon
Lime Juice
Fresh mint sprig
Praline Ice Cream
Day before: combine sugar salt and chilli. Stir in the pineapple and let refrigerate overnight.
In a large skillet, warm the butter and rum and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
Place the pineapple mixture and the bananas in a single layer. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until richly browned
Add cognac and flambe, keeping face clear of flames. Give it a shot of lime juice. Arrange in 2 martini glasses over one scoop of praline ice cream.
Top each with a mint sprig.
