Ingredients
- 1 lb minced pork
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp savory
- 1/2 tsp celery pepper
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup water
Method
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cook on reduced heat uncovered stirring to avoid it sticking for 20 minutes. Cool the mixture.
Step 3
Pour into pastry shell then top with pastry
Step 4
Bake 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º until browned
