Tomato Jelly

A family recipe that was always served with Christmas dinner in the Brown house. If baby shrimps are added it works as an appetizer for a buffet table. Holds its shape and travels well in a cooler for a picnic lunch.  This recipe serves

Ingredients

• 1 can tomato soup CAMPBELL Soup Company, CAMPBELL'S Red and White - Microwaveable Bowls, Creamy Tomato Soup
• 1/2 can tomato soup CAMPBELL Soup Company, CAMPBELL'S Red and White - Microwaveable Bowls, Creamy Tomato Soup
• 1 lemon JELLO
• 1/2 cup boiling water Water, municipal
• 1 1/2 cup chopped celery Celery, raw
• 1 medium green pepper, chopped Peppers, sweet, green, raw
• 1/2 cup chopped onions Onions, raw
• 1/2 cup almonds ( optional ) Nuts, almonds, dry roasted, without salt added
• 1 pkg cream cheese Cheese, cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise Salad dressing, mayonnaise type, regular, with salt
