Thinly sliced roasted beef tenderloin


For large crowds  This recipe serves


  • Roasted beef tenderloin, thinly sliced Beef, short loin, tenderloin, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/2" fat, prime, cooked, roasted
  • assorted mustards and butters also horseradishes and chutney
  • small rolls Rolls, hamburger or hotdog, plain


Step 1

Roast the tenderloin to desired amount of rareness. Cool completely and then slice very thin and arrange on a platter garnished with parsley, grape tomatoes etc. Place mustards, butter, horseradishes and chutney around the platter and rolls in a basket
