5 medium Sweet Potatoes Sweetpotato, raw
2 Tbs butter Butter, without salt
1/2 tsp salt Salt, table
1/2 bag marshmallows Candies, marshmallows

Method

Step 1

Place mashed Sweet Potatoes in a corning ware dish, if done ahead of time, return potatoes to oven at between 350 and 375 degrees (F) for approximately 30 minutes to warm. Remove, top with marshmallows and return to the oven.
