Stuffed Pork Patties


 This recipe serves


  • 2-3 pork tenderloins -- cut in ½" circles
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup flour Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached
  • ¼ tsp thyme Spices, thyme, ground
  • ¼ cup butter Butter, without salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt light cream Cream, fluid, light (coffee cream or table cream)
  • 1/4 cup sherry Alcoholic beverage, sherry
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds (OPTIONAL) Spices, caraway seed
  • Chopped onions and mushrooms ---to taste CAMPBELL Soup Company, CAMPBELL'S CHUNKY Soups, Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms & Onions Soup


Step 1

Pound patties thin. Fold cheese slices in 1/2 place on top of the 6 patties and crimp the edges well. Dredge in mixture of flour and thyme. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add patties and brown well on both sides. combine soup, cream, sherry and seeds. Pour over meat; cover and simmer 20 mins. Uncover & cook 10 mins more.
