Stuffed Green Chiles2013-06-20

Quick.Easy and Good!
- 2 4 oz cans whole green chiles
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, devided
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 dash dry mustard
Carefully slit chiles lengthwise; wash and remove seeds. Drain on paper towels. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of cheese into each chile; arrange spoke fashion in a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
Combine egg, milk, and mustard; pour over chiles.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes; add remaining cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until set.
