Smoked Salmon

Pile this in a bowl and watch it disappear.
Ingredients
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup half and half light cream or milk
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 5 dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbs snipped fresh dill
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- dill sprigs
- Bagel chips and or crackers
Method
Step 1
Thoroughly mix the cream cheese and half and half light cream with a fork. Add green onion, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and the 2 tablespoons dill. Mix till well combined. Fold in salmon, cover, chill 4 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs. Serve with bagel chips or crackers
