Shrimp Scampi Flambe

Multiply this as needed for a blazing starter.
Ingredients
- 5 large shrimp
- 1 Tbs clarified butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 oz garlic, chopped
- 1 oz sherry
- 1/4 oz Grey Poupon mustard
- 1 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 oz butter
Method
Step 1
In a hot sauce pan, saute shrimp in clarified butter for 1 minute each side. Add salt and pepper and garlic. Add sherry to stop the cooking process. Add mustard and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute more. Flambe to clear alcohol. Serve hot with fresh french stick
