Sherry Roast Pork

Ingredients
- 1 5lb pork loin, back bone cut
- 1/2 cup sherry Alcoholic beverage, sherry
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar Sugars, brown
- 1 Tbs grated orange rind Orange juice, raw
- 1/3 cup orange juice Orange juice, raw
- 1 tsp non creamy horseradish
- 1 tsp prepared mustard Mustard, Dijon
Method
Step 1
Place pork loin on ribs in shallow pan. In a pan, mix remaining ingredients & bring to boil. Pour sauce over meat. Roast 325F for 35 mins per pound. About 3 hours for a 5 lb roast. Baste often during the first 2 hours. Should have a charcoal appearance.
