Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped Onions, raw
- 1/4 cup each peppers- red & green, finely chopped Corn with red and green peppers, canned, solids and liquids
- 2 Tbs margarine Margarine, regular, hard, corn (hydrogenated and regular)
- 1/2 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 250 g cream cheese, cubed Cheese, cream
- 2 tsp garlic, minced Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp dillweed Spices, dill weed, dried
- 2 cups shrimp, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sauteed
- 2 Tbs parsely, chopped
- 375 g linguine Pasta, linguine
- 2 Tbs margarine Margarine, regular, hard, corn (hydrogenated and regular)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated Cheese, parmesan, grated
Method
Step 1
Cook onions & peppers gently in margarine. Add milk,cream cheese and stir til melted over low heat. Add seasoning,shrimp,mushrooms &mushrooms. Keep warm Cook linguine& drain well. Toss with margarine & cheesePlace on platter& top with sauce.Serve extra cheese on top.
