Salted Bullets (zoute Bolletjes)

First had these in Europe as an alternate to nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- Optional: your choice of 1 tsp. dry herbs
Method
Step 1
Quickly knead flour, butter,and salt into ball. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Shape into about 50 bullets, 3/4 inch in diameter. Place on buttered sheet and bake in 350F oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with drinks
