Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 28 gram (3½cups) canned tomatoes, pureed
- ¼ tsp pepper Spices, pepper, black
- 1 113g/4oz pkg herbed cream cheese
- ¾ lb rotini/penne
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese Cheese, parmesan, grated
- Fresh chopped basil and parsley to garnish
Method
Step 1
Place onion and tomatoes and pepper in a pan. Simmer 12-15 minutes. Add cream cheese. Mix to incorporate using a whisk. Boil rotini/penne per package instructions. Drain. Toss with sauce . Serve topped with cheese and fresh herbs
