Rhubarb Brunch Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water Water, municipal
- 1/3 cup oil Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 3 large eggs Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 4 cups sliced rhubarb Rhubarb, raw
- 1 cup white sugar Sugars, granulated
- 2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
Method
Step 1
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In bowl,combine the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Mix and pour into the pan. Sprinkle rhubarb and sugar on top. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake 1 hour at 350F or until the cake tests as done. Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers
