Red Pepper Feta Dip2013-06-20
A great tasting healthy dip!
- 2 large sweet red peppers
- ¾ cup Crumbled feta cheese (3oz)
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- pinch each white sugar and cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Place peppers on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook turning often, for 15 mins to 20 mins or until charred. Place in a paper bag and steam for a few minutes. When cool , peel and seed. In a blender to puree together peppers, cheese ,vinegar ,sugar ,cayenne and garlic powder.
Can be refrigerated in air tight container for up to 5 days. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving
