Colourful Starter for lunch or dinner. An old recipe that still works!
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon balls
- 1 cup cantaloupe balls
- 1 cup honeydew melon balls
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs sugar
- juice from 2 limes
Method
Step 1
Combine ingredients and chill. Serve piled in a sherbet glass garnishe dwith mint leaves or small nasturium leaves
