- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbs dill, fresh chopped
- 250 g packaged pumpernickel rounds
- 10 slices smoked salmon, sliced
- fresh dill sprigs
- tiny lemon wedges, peeled and halved
Method
Step 1
Combine cream and dill in a bowl; spoon onto pumpernickel rounds. Top with salmon, extra dill and lemon
