Easy Quick and Tasty
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp onion, minced
- 1 3 1/2 oz container cocktail sized pastry or filo shells, about 30
- 1 2 1/2 oz jar/can tiny cocktail shrimp
- parsley
Method
Step 1
Combine the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, anchovy paste, and onion in a small bowl
Step 2
Spoon mixture evenly into cocktail sized pastry shells. Place in jelly roll pan
Step 3
Place under broiler until tops are bubbly and begins to brown, about 1 minute
Step 4
Garnish with tiny cocktail shrimp and parsley
