Pepperoni Pasta Salad


Pasta salad is always a favorite for the summer barbecue. This one is easy, simple and tasty.


1-1/2 cups uncooked pasta shells
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
1 package (3 1/2 oz) sliced pepperoni quartered
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 to 1 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing (I used Kraft)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and broccoli, add cooled pasta. Drizzle with salad dressing, toss to combine. Refrigerate until time to serve. May need to add a little more dressing before serving as pasta tends to absorb it.

Note: I would definitely double this recipe for a large crowd.
