Sounds like a great menu! For me, New Year’s Eve Dinner was based on the European “Fondue”. I find fondues a great way to promote conversation, get guests involved and have a long relaxing meal….perfect while you wait for the big moment.
This year we started with a spinach salad (strawberries, goat cheese and pralines pecan)…then we had a cheese fondue and a vegetable broth fondue with shrimp, chicken and tenderloin. We found dips on a fondue site but you can always create your own.
And of course you can finish with chocolate fondue but we passed and went straight to champagne!
Happy New Year!

Sounds like a great idea for a New Year’s evening which can pass slowly. Fondues are great for interaction with friends and also an icebreaker for a mix of new friends. I will put some of my fondue sauces in the website soon.
