If your luck enough to find some yellow tomatoes they offer a pleasant contrast to the red. Do try to use beefsteak tomatoes but others work well. This recipe serves
Ingredients
- 4-6 large ripe tomatoes, sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- Freshly shaved parmesan cheese or baby bocconcini
- Sonoma Dressing
- 1/2 cup Kraft sundried tomato Dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream Cream, sour, cultured
- 1 clove peeled and finely chopped garlic Garlic, raw
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil Basil, fresh
- salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Method
Step 1
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a large platter or individual salad plates. Top with shaved parmesan or bocconcini salt and pepper.
