Little Chicken Wings

Sweet not hot add these to the mix
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 Tbs cooking oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 375F. Cut wings apart at the joints, setting aside the wing tips for soup stock. You should have about 40 pieces.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high to high heat and brown wings lightly, turning often. Spread in a single layer in a large baking dish.
Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Bake until very tender turning often about 1 hour.
