Lemon Berry Trifle

Light very easy summer recipe that is low in fat but taste great This recipe serves 6
Ingredients
- 5 cups angel food cake cubes
- 1 8oz carton lemon fat free yoghurt
- 2 oz frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 3 cups mixed berries (raspberries,blueberries,blackberries and strawberries make a good mix, fresh is best but thawed frozen ones work as well
- sprig mint, garnish Peppermint, fresh
Method
Step 1
Place angel food cake cubes in a 2 1/2 quart clear glass bowl. Stir together the yoghurt and whipped topping in a small bowl. Spoon yoghurt mixture over cake cubes. (I toss lightly) Sprinkle with berries. Garnish with mint sprigs
