Instant Bridge Dip a la Heather

There are many variations similar of this but I created this out of necessity one evening.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean ground beef
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 8-10 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chillies
  • 1/8 tsp Chipolte Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp season salt

Method

Step 1

Brown beef. Add tomatoes, cubed cheese and melt together. Add seasoning; mix. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
