Instant Bridge Dip a la Heather2013-06-20

There are many variations similar of this but I created this out of necessity one evening.
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 8-10 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chillies
- 1/8 tsp Chipolte Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp season salt
Brown beef. Add tomatoes, cubed cheese and melt together. Add seasoning; mix. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.
