Grilled Pork Poast


 This recipe serves 8


  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil Vegetable oil, canola
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar/red wine, either or
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice Lemon juice, raw
  • 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Garlic, raw
  • 2 Tbs dry mustard Spices, mustard dry
  • 2 tsp pepper Spices, pepper, black
  • 1 tsp salt Salt, table
  • 3 lbs pork roast, boneless Pork, cured, ham, whole, separable lean only, roasted


Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients,add pork and turn to coat. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Drain, discarding the marinade. Grill roast covered over indirect heat for 1-1/2 hrs or til thermometer reads 160-170 let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
