Grilled Chicken Club Salad

This is great to take on a picnic or relaxing in your own backyard. If cooking at a picnic away from home make sure that the chicken is separated from all other ingredients. This recipe serves 6
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, raw
- 1/2 large red onions Onions, red
- 12 + slices bacon Pork, cured, bacon, raw
- 24 cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, cherry, raw
- pinch each salt and pepper
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 1 1/2 cups croutons Croutons, plain
- CREAMY HERBED DRESSING
- 2 Tbs minced freshly parsley Parsley, raw
- 2 Tbs light mayonnaise Salad dressing, KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs white wine vinegar Vinegar, white wine
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard Mustard, Dijon
- 1/2 tsp dried basil Spices, basil, ground
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil Vegetable oil, canola
