Ingredients

1 9" baked chocolate graham crumb crust
3 cups miniature marshmallows or 32 large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
1/4 cup green creme de menthe
1/4 cup white creme de cacao
1 1/4 cups whipping cream Cream, fluid, heavy whipping
green food colouring

Method

Step 1

In saucepan, heat marshmallows with milk, stirring until marshmallows are melted. Chill until slightly thickened; blend in liqueurs. Whip cream until stiff:; fold into marshmallow mixture. Add few drops green food colouring. Pour into baked crust. Chill until firm at least 3 hours. garnish with chocolate curls, crushed peppermint candy or whipped cream
