Grapefruit Baskets

A light starter for dinner or brunch from the Original Three Meals a Day
Ingredients
- 4 Grapefruit, halved and cored
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 1/2 cups grapefruit in juice, sections
- 1 cup white cherries, canned
- 4 Tbs fruit sugar
Method
Step 1
Cut grapefruit in half. Remove grapefruit in sections and mix with the other fruit. Add sugar and chill.
Step 2
Notch edges with scissors. Refill the grapefruit halves with pulp, assorted fruit and serve well chilled on a glass plate
