Grape Salad

A pleasant change from pasta or potato salad and not as sweet as an ambrosia salad This recipe serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 lb red seedless grapes, halved Grapes, red or green (european type varieties, such as, Thompson seedless), raw
- 1 lb green seedless grapes, halved Grapes, red or green (european type varieties, such as, Thompson seedless), raw
- 2 cups chopped pecans Nuts, pecans
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened Cheese, cream
- 2 Tbs sugar Sugars, granulated
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar Sugars, brown
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise Salad dressing, mayonnaise type, regular, with salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream Cream, sour, cultured
Method
Step 1
Place the first three ingredients in a large bowl. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over the ingredients that are in the large bowl. Toss to coat well and let it rest for a few mins. Serve
