Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef Beef, ground, lean, (approximately 21% fat), raw
- 1 cup finely chopped onions Onions, raw
- 8 oz cubed cheese ( Velveeta, Cream[best] or cheddar cheese
- 1 10oz can Cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 1 tsp salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 tsp chopped garlic Garlic, raw
- ¼ cup ketchup Catsup
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce Sauce, Worcestershire
- sliced olives -- optional Olives, black
- 1 8oz pkg Butterflake refrigerator Biscuits
Method
Step 1
Brown meat, add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except the biscuits. Mix well. Place in a casserole. Bake at 375F until bubbly, about 10 minutes. Place biscuits around edge of casserole. Top with olives. Bake another 15-20 minutes.
