Gorgonzola With Madeira2013-06-20

You can alter the fruit but it keeps it colourful.
- 1/2 lb gorgonzola cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Tbs madeira
- green grapes and sliced nectarines as garnish
Cream first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Pack cheese mixture into mold and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Can be made up to two days ahead to this point.
To serve, invert mold onto a platter and discard plastic wrap. Garnish with grapes and nectarine slices for effect and serve with crackers or bread
