Easy Gremalata Camembert

This is quick and a surprise in every bite
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 4.4oz Camembert cheese or Brie cheese
Method
Step 1
In a small bowl combine parsley, garlic, lemon peel and juice and set aside
Step 2
Cut Camembert in thirds to make 3 discs. Place 1/2 mixture between two layers and follow on to the third
Step 3
Place in heatproof serving dish; cover with foil and bake in 375F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is softened and starts to melt
