This recipe is a basic one, try changing the added ingredients for variety
Ingredients
- 8 hard cooked eggs
- 1 Tbs finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbs finely chopped celery
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon each dry mustard, and garlic
- 1/4 cup cucumber relish
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- gerkins for garnish
Method
Step 1
Cut eggs in half length-wise. Remove yolks and mash. Stir in onions and celery, seasonings, relish and mayonnaise
Step 2
Refill egg whites with the yolk mixture and garnish with a slice of gherkin
