Crunchy Appetizer Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in corn flakes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes
