Crescent Shrimp Rolls

Easy and flavourful

Ingredients

  • 24 medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tbs butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • lemon pepper
  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls, separated

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 375F. Peel 24 fresh shrimp and devein. Rinse and pat shrimp dry.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine 2 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter, garlic, lemon pepper, and thyme. Separate the crescent rolls into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 triangles Dip each shrimp into butter mixture and place on shortest side of each triangle, then roll up.

Step 3

Place point side down on cookie sheet. Brush dough with any remaining butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and pastry is golden brrown

Step 4
