Creamy Cheddar Spread

Easy and good as a spread for crackers but also superb on a sandwich
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, softened
- 1 small yellow onion
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs milk
- 2 tbsp butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Method
Step 1
In processor, mince onion to measure 1 tsp. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour ad serve at room temperature.
