Ingredients
- 1 7 oz tin crabmeat, drained boned
- 3 oz chives or green onion cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- dash tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp horseradish
Method
Step 1
Cook cream cheese in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Transfer to chafing dish and keep warm.
Step 2
Serve with crackers and garnish if desired
