Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup, condensed, undiluted
- 1 10 oz can cream of asparagus soup, undiluted
- 2 cups milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
- 1 cup half and half Cream, fluid, half and half
- 6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup sherry or dry white wine Alcoholic beverage, sherry
Method
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat til heated through, stirring occasionally
Step 2
Add crabmeat and wine; cock until thoughly heated
