Ingredients

  • 8 large hard boiled eggs Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup butter/margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp worstershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard ( rounded)
  • 1 Tbs minced parsley Parsley, raw
  • 1 tsp minced chives Chives, raw
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ham Turkey ham, cured turkey thigh meat
  • 3 tbsp ea of butter and flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth Soup, chicken broth, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial
  • 3/4 cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Cheese, cheddar
  • paprika, salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Butter shallow dish. Cut eggs in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out yolks. Process yolks with butter, worstershire sauce, mustard,parsley, chives and ham. Blend until well mixed. Stuff the yolk mixture into the shells and place in a single layer in a casserole. Make a white sauce with the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the cheese. Pour over stuffed eggs, sprinkle with the cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake at 350F for 30 mins.
