Cold Dill Soup

A early summer taste of the Harvest to come This recipe serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 cups half and half Cream, fluid, half and half
- 2 8oz cartons plain yogurt
- 2 cucumbers, peeled,seeded& diced
- 3 Tbs fresh dill, minced Spices, dill weed, dried
- 2 Tbs lemon juice Lemon juice, raw
- 1 Tbs chopped green onions Onions, green, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
- 1/2 tsp salt Salt, table
- 1/4 tsp pepper (white is preferred)
Method
Step 1
Combine all 8 ingredients, stirring well
Step 2
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Step 3
Stir well, garnish
