Cold Dill Soup

A early summer taste of the Harvest to come  This recipe serves 8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half Cream, fluid, half and half
  • 2 8oz cartons plain yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled,seeded& diced
  • 3 Tbs fresh dill, minced Spices, dill weed, dried
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice Lemon juice, raw
  • 1 Tbs chopped green onions Onions, green, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
  • 1/2 tsp salt Salt, table
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (white is preferred)

Method

Step 1

Combine all 8 ingredients, stirring well

Step 2

Cover and chill thoroughly.

Step 3

Stir well, garnish
