- 1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
- 2 tsp lemon juice Lemon juice, raw
- 1/4 tsp salt Salt, table
Method
Step 1
Peel and seed avocado; cut into cubes. process avocado and next 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in salt.
Step 2
Serve soup immediately
