Chocolate Peanut Clusters


Popular with kids of all ages. Easy recipes for children who want to help you in the kitchen. Just watch the chips when the are melted. They are hot.  This recipe serves


  • 6 oz chocolate chips Chocolate chips, semisweet
  • 6 oz butterscotch pieces Butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups canned dry noodles Noodles, egg, cooked, enriched
  • 2 cups peanuts Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted, without salt


Step 1

In a heavy pan or over a double boiler, melt chocolate and the butterscotch pieces. When melted remove from heat and immediately add the noodles and nuts. Toss gently to coat well. Drop by spoonful on wax paper. Allow to sit. Store in airtight container ( if they last that long).
