Ingredients
- 2 cups flour Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached
- 3/4 cup white sugar Sugars, granulated
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil Vegetable oil, canola
- 2 large eggs Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 2 tsp vanilla Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda Leavening agents, baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 tsp salt Salt, table
- 1 21oz. can cherry pie filling
- 1 6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts, chopped Nuts, walnuts, english
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, baking soda,cinnamon and salt and mix well. Stir in the pie filling, chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 cup bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Cool, Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or glaze with frosting.
