Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef Beef, ground, lean, (approximately 21% fat), raw
- 4 onions, chopped Onions, raw
- 1 cup celery, chopped Celery, raw
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 28 oz can kidney beans Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned
- 2 Tbs chili powder Spices, chili powder
- salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Method
Step 1
Brown beef and add onions cooking until onions are goldern. Add remaining ingredients and some water. Simmer for 1 hour adding water as needed to get the desired consistancy.
